The House of Trading is looking for a agile and target-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads into customers, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Convert enquiries into course enrollments and membership sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right programs.
- Upsell and cross-sell courses, mentorships, and membership plans.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and objection handling.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
