Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Lead / Senior .NET Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications using .NET 8/9 and C#. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and event-driven architecture, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET 8/9 and ASP.NET Core.
- Build and support microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Develop secure REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development while reviewing, validating,



and improving AI-generated code.

Candidates must have practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for:

- Code generation
- Debugging
- Code reviews
- Documentation
- Productivity improvements

Key: We are looking for engineers who understand, validate, and improve AI-generated code—not those who copy and use AI output without reviewing or testing it.

Preferred Skills :

- React.js
- OpenTelemetry / Observability
- Financial Services or FinTech domain experience (Payments, Remittances, FX, ACH/SWIFT, Card Processing, KYC/AML)
