Job Title: US Staffing Recruiter

Location: Mohali (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

We are looking for a motivated US Staffing Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Staffing or US Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of the US recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US-based job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Staffing or US Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US recruitment and work authorizations is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
