Job Summary

SRL is looking for a skilled and proactive Electrician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team at our Turbhe manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting the maintenance requirements of a chemical manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment across the manufacturing plant.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, pumps, compressors, reactors, agitators, blowers, and utility equipment.
- Maintain and monitor electrical panels, MCCs, PCCs, APFC panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Ensure smooth operation of DG sets, UPS systems, battery banks, and utility electrical systems.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of VFDs, soft starters, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment.




- Execute plant shutdown and annual maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and company EHS guidelines.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history documentation.
- Coordinate with production, utility, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to plant reliability, energy efficiency, and equipment performance.

Candidate ProfileEducation

- ITI Electrician

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, API, Specialty Chemicals, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
