About the role:

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands on ROC filing experience and wants to grow fast in corporate compliance. Our firm has a progressive work culture and is highly tech driven. In this role, you will handle ROC and corporate compliance assignments and also guide junior team members when required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Handle ROC filings and corporate compliance work

· Track assignments and ensure they are completed on time

· Guide junior team members when needed

· Maintain proper work notes and documentation

· Coordinate with seniors on complex matters

Qualifications & Skills:

· Candidates with practical e experience in ROC filings and MCA compliances

· CS Executive level cleared (preferable)

· Someone organized, responsible,



and comfortable handling assignments independently
