Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Project Lead to manage and deliver client software projects in a service-based environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Lead will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing project execution, maintaining project profitability, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and translate them into detailed project plans.

Lead the end-to-end execution of software development projects.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.

Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to clients and management.

Manage project budgets, billing milestones, invoicing, and cash flow.

Maintain project documentation, change requests, and project reports.

Lead and motivate project teams to achieve delivery objectives.

Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams during project handovers and requirement discussions.





Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience as a Project Lead, Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or in a similar project management role.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Good technical understanding of web, mobile, and software development projects.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of project budgeting, billing milestones, and cash flow management.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
