Job Summary:
The GM – Civil Engineering will lead the construction function across multiple projects, driving operational efficiency, project governance, quality assurance, and strategic execution initiatives.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 18–25 years of experience in real estate construction.
- Proven experience leading large-scale high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project teams and project heads.
- Drive construction planning and execution strategies.
- Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks.
- Review project performance and risk mitigation plans.
- Liaise with senior management on project progress and business objectives.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
