Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

8+ years’ experience on Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice is must \\r\\n• Experience on AudioCodes/Sonus Gateways/Downstream SBCs\\r\\n• Upgrading, installing, configuring, designing, and migrating Voice from PBX to MS-Teams \\r\\n• Experience and Knowledge on MS Teams Direct routing as services (DRaS) for Enterprise Voice & SIP Trunk Integrations.\\r\\n• Experience and Knowledge on hosting provider PSTN services.\\r\\n• Experience and Knowledge on 8x8 Unfiled communications. \\r\\n• Knowledge on Bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, capacity, QOS. \\r\\n• Experience in Skype with Enterprise Voice, Mediation server placement, gateways, trunks, voice resiliency,

Support for Videoconferencing platform and experience including operation, call set-up and equipment troubleshooting (Poly, Polycom, MS-Teams Live etc.)\\r\\n• Solid administration and analytical skills focused on Office 365 and MS Teams\\r\\n• Understanding of Cloud/hosting PSTN solution \\r\\n• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Endpoints & Physical Phone OEMs (AudioCodes)\\r\\n• Proven experience as a UC&C; Engineer with expertise in Teams MTR devices (Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, etc.).\\r\\n• Solid understanding of Unified Communications, Networks, and Teams.\\r\\n• Demonstrated ability to convert customer problem statements into effective IT solutions.\\r\\n• Experience in developing automation solutions using Azure Functions and PowerShell scripting.\\r\\n• Hands-on experience in implementing call routes and voice plans for Teams voice.\\r\\n• Familiarity with MTR technologies such as Poly, Neat, Creston, Logitech, and their integration processes.\\r\\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills wi
