About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our showrooms always have the right product mix to meet customer demand. You'll manage inventory, plan new collections, and work closely with our design and sales teams to support successful product launches. The ideal candidate is passionate about the product and has a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock Planning & Allocation: Strategically manage stock planning and allocation across all showrooms to ensure a balanced and appealing product assortment.
- Order Management: Handle showroom stock orders and place timely orders for new collections to keep our inventory fresh and exciting.
- Product Shuffling: Plan and oversee stock shuffling between showrooms based on demand, performance, and strategic needs.
- Showcase designs Management: Create and maintain showcase design management, ensuring the right pieces are placed in the right locations to drive sales.
- Launch Coordination: Work closely with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth and impactful product launches.
- Inventory Monitoring: Regularly monitor stock levels, sales performance,



and replenishment needs to optimize inventory efficiency.
- Reporting: Share regular reports with management on stock status, showroom requirements, and key insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a Merchandiser in jewellery industry.
- Knowledge: Robust understanding of inventory management and product assortment planning.
- Analytical: Good analytical skills to track stock performance and anticipate customer demand.
- Communication: Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with multiple teams.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the luxury retail or jewellery industry.
- Familiarity with inventory/ERP software for stock management.
- A strong sense of fashion/jewellery trends and customer preferences.
