Suridhima Microfinance is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Microfinance Officer to support financial inclusion by promoting microfinance products and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, group formation, loan processing, collections, and ensuring timely repayments while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and enroll eligible customers for microfinance services.
- Conduct village surveys and customer verification.
- Form and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) or Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and company policies to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Disburse loans as per company guidelines.




- Ensure timely collection of EMI repayments and maintain collection efficiency.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and community members.
- Monitor loan utilization and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily field reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition, disbursement, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
