- First 3 Months (Probation): ₹7,000 per month
- After Successful Performance Review: ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required

3–4 Years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce marketplaces, preferably Meesho and Amazon.

Job Summary

TabyFas is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive who can independently manage and grow our online business on Meesho and Amazon. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in catalogue management, marketplace operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Meesho and Amazon seller accounts.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings.
- Manage product catalogues, pricing, inventory, and stock updates.
- Improve product visibility through SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Plan and execute promotions, deals, and marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, refunds, and account health.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve listing issues and marketplace policy-related concerns.




- Work with designers to improve product images and creatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and sales.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of Meesho and Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience in catalogue management and listing optimization.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Performance Review

After the initial 3-month probation period, performance will be evaluated based on:

- Sales growth
- Catalogue quality and optimization
- Marketplace account management
- Accuracy and ownership of work
- Achievement of business goals

Successful candidates will receive a salary revision to ₹20,000 per month based on performance.
