Rajhans Montessa is looking for a motivated and target-driven Rider Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery riders while meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Source riders through field recruitment, referrals, social media, and job portals.
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Coordinate document verification and onboarding.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Keep recruitment records updated.
- Coordinate with operations for rider deployment.
- Build local referral networks to generate quality leads.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or field hiring experience.
- Experience in blue-collar or rider recruitment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
