Job Summary

Jyoti Enterprises is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to handle legal matters related to construction projects, corporate compliance, labour laws, contracts, litigation, and arbitration. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of court procedures, labour laws, company legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, contracts, and notices.
- Handle legal matters related to construction projects and business operations.
- Represent and coordinate company matters with advocates, courts, tribunals, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage legal documentation, statutory compliances, and regulatory filings.
- Handle arbitration, dispute resolution, and legal risk assessment.
- Provide legal advice to management on contractual and operational matters.
- Review vendor, client, and subcontractor agreements.




- Coordinate with external legal counsels for ongoing litigation and court cases.
- Monitor legal developments and recommend compliance measures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Laws.
- Experience in Court Procedures and Litigation.
- Expertise in Arbitration and Contract Management.
- Good understanding of Company Law and Corporate Compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple legal matters independently.

Eligibility

- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in the construction/infrastructure industry will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
