Billing & Accounts Executive

Location: Bathinda, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and responsible Billing & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day billing, accounting, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of GST, Tally, invoicing, and basic accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle GST billing and e-invoicing.
- Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record daily receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
- Maintain purchase and sales registers.
- Coordinate with CA for GST returns, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain vendor and customer account statements.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Valuable understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in Billing & Accounts.
- Experience in a trading, wholesale, manufacturing, or retail organization will be preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to build a long-term career.
