As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth, compassionate, and premium experience from their first enquiry through consultation, treatment, and follow-up.

You will play a critical role in improving patient satisfaction, treatment adherence, and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Relationship Management

Serve as the primary relationship manager for patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Build trust through proactive communication and personalized support.

Deliver a premium patient experience across every interaction.

Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.

Appointment & Consultation Coordination

Schedule consultations, diagnostics, and follow-up appointments.

Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and internal teams.

Send reminders and ensure high appointment adherence.





Minimize cancellations and missed appointments.

Patient Follow-up

Conduct regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication.

Track treatment progress and patient compliance.

Encourage completion of treatment plans and diagnostics.

Escalate clinical concerns to the medical team when required.

CRM & Documentation

Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.

Update consultation notes, follow-ups, and treatment milestones.

Generate daily activity reports and follow-up trackers.

Customer Experience

Resolve patient queries with empathy and professionalism.

Collect patient feedback and testimonials.

Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention.

Cross-functional Coordination

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
