## About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who is highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate should be able to transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content for social media, podcasts, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.

## Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Podcasts, and promotional videos.

- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and music.

- Color correct and color grade footage for a professional look.

- Sync audio and video for podcast and interview-based content.

- Optimize videos for different social media platforms.

- Collaborate with content strategists, marketers, and creators to achieve content objectives.

- Maintain brand consistency across all video assets.

- Manage project files and meet content deadlines.

## Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Experience editing social media content, podcasts, interviews, and promotional videos.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.

- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.





- Ability to create clean subtitles and captions.

- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

## Preferred Skills

- Experience with podcast editing.

- Motion graphics and animation skills.

- Understanding of content marketing and personal branding.

- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
