Requirements

We are Hiring for Service Engineer role

Education: Diploma - ECE, EEE, E&I;, Mechatronic.

Experience: 3 to 4 yrs Experience as service engineer for related products (Bio Equipment)

Location : Based in Chennai South / North East/ East (12 to 15 days/Month travel)

Job Description:

- Attending to service issues within the stipulated time.
- Installation of equipment within the time frame.
- Collection of outstanding payments/ statutory documents / EMD’s from customers as and when required.
- Obtaining appreciation letters, customer survey feedback forms regularly and submits the same to CRM department for customer satisfaction analysis.
- To increase service revenues.
- Achieving AMC Targets.
- Attending to monthly review meeting and contribute for continual improvement on product quality / service/ documentations.




- Positive communication skills in English /Regional languages like Hindi.,
- Willingness to travel and work across various locations in India.

Key Points: minimum 2 to 3yrs Experience

- Basic Electrical Knowledge
- Electrical wiring circuit drawing understanding
- Problem identification skills.
- Easy troubleshooting skills.
- Printed Circuit Board
- Electrical wire
- PCB collection
