Cisco R&S;

- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers (ISR/ASR), Catalyst/Nexus switches, and enterprise LAN/WAN environments.
- Manage routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and route redistribution scenarios.
- Perform VLAN design, trunking, STP optimization, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP.
- Monitor network performance and resolve L2/L3 issues using tools and CLI diagnostics.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Solid understanding of L2/L3 technologies:
- VLAN, STP, EtherChannel
- OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- HSRP/VRRP/GLBP
- DHCP, DNS basics

FortiGate Firewall + SDWAN

- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Fortinet FortiGate firewalls (policies, NAT, VPNs, SD-WAN rules, UTM features).
- Implement IPsec/SSL VPNs, authentication integrations (LDAP/RADIUS/AD).
- Manage security profiles — Web Filtering, Application Control, IPS, AV, SSL Inspection.
- Review rule sets, optimize policies, and enforce security best practices.




- Experience managing Fortinet FortiGate firewalls:
- Firewall policies & NAT
- SD-WAN configuration
- VPN (IPsec/SSL)
- Security Profiles (IPS, AV, Web Filter, App Control)
- Configure SD-WAN zones, members, and performance SLAs (latency, jitter, packet loss thresholds).
- Implement SD-WAN rules for application steering, priority-based routing, and business-critical traffic optimization.
- Set up link load balancing, WAN failover, and automated path selection based on real-time link health.
- Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN overlay networks, IPsec tunnels, and ADVPN.
- Monitor SD-WAN sessions using FortiView, session tables, and SD-WAN performance dashboards.
- Troubleshoot underlay and overlay issues: tunnel stability, link monitoring, packet drops, and routing behaviour.
- Work with centralized management using FortiManager and analytics through FortiAnalyzer.
