Job Description – Injection Moulding Production Manager

We are hiring an experienced Injection Moulding Production Manager for handling overall production operations in plastic manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding & Assembly operations
- Plan and monitor daily production targets
- Ensure product quality and minimum rejection
- Handle manpower, machine utilization & production efficiency
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality & dispatch teams
- Maintain production reports and shift planning
- Ensure safety and process discipline on shop floor

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding & Assembly
- Candidate must be from Preform, Cap & Closure, or Packaging Container industry background
- Experience in production planning and team handling
- Ability to solve production and quality issues efficiently
- Positive leadership and communication skills

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
