- Patient Assessment: Conduct continuous clinical evaluations and monitor vital signs to identify early signs of patient deterioration.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer oral, IV, and injectable medications according to physician orders and safety protocols.
- Care Planning: Formulate, execute, and adapt individualized nursing care plans based on specific diagnostic needs.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform daily medical tasks including wound care, catheterization, IV cannulation, and specimen collection.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and allied staff during daily rounds to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain exact, timely Electronic Health Records (EHR) for shift handovers, medication records, and clinical updates.
- Infection Control:



Strictly follow hygiene, sterilization, and isolation standards to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and families on diagnosis management, medication schedules, and post-discharge home care.
- Emergency Response: Initiate rapid life-support procedures and emergency interventions during critical patient events.
- Equipment & Quality Audit: Operate medical equipment accurately while maintaining compliance with hospital accreditation and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
