We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Placement Intern to support our Human Resources and Placement team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, campus relations, employee onboarding, and placement coordination while working closely with the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for recent employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus recruitment and internship programs.
- Organize placement drives, walk-in interviews, career guidance sessions, and recruitment events.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, job opportunities, and placement updates.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Update HR databases and generate recruitment reports.
- Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Perform other HR and placement-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
