About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Head & Mentor to lead our creative production team while nurturing the next generation of filmmakers, videographers, editors, and content creators.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end production projects, leading creative teams, ensuring high-quality output, and mentoring aspiring professionals. This role combines production leadership with training and talent development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Production Leadership

- Lead and oversee end-to-end video production projects.
- Manage pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Supervise shoots, editing processes, and final content delivery.
- Ensure high-quality production standards across all projects.
- Coordinate with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement and optimize production processes and workflows.

Mentorship & Training

- Train and mentor aspiring filmmakers, videographers, editors, and content creators.
- Conduct workshops, practical sessions, and creative learning programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance.
- Help team members develop technical and creative skills.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment.

Team Management

- Lead and motivate production teams.




- Assign responsibilities and monitor project execution.
- Support talent development and career growth within the team.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in video production, filmmaking, media production, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing production projects from concept to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, cinematography, editing, and post-production workflows.
- Experience mentoring, training, or leading creative teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of industry-standard production tools and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with creative agencies, media companies, production houses, or educational institutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience conducting workshops or training programs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing production and leadership experience.
