Marketing executive (b2b) - Security & Facility management

Key Responsibilities & Skills

· Lead Generation & Sales Alignment: Proactively generating leads via LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing to connect with corporate clients and property managers.

· Marketing Strategy Execution: Developing and implementing marketing plans tailored to security and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services.

· Proposal Creation: Crafting tailored service proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for B2B clients.

· Client Relationship Management: Nurturing relationships to ensure contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities.

· Industry Knowledge: Understanding industry compliance standards (e.g., PSARA, ISO) and the operational needs of sectors like manufacturing, IT parks, and healthcare.

Background & Requirements

· Experience: 2–5+ years in marketing,



business development, or sales within the Security, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), or related B2B service sectors.

· Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn, and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint/Excel).

· Attributes: Robust interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work independently.
