Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth and managing the company’s website end-to-end. The role will focus on SEO execution, website performance, content updates, and technical stability, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
- Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush (or equivalent) and share periodic reports with insights.
- Optimise website pages, service content, and blogs for on-page SEO including metadata, headings, internal linking, and image optimisation.
- Manage day-to-day website operations on WordPress, including plugins, backend workflows, and routine technical issue resolution.
- Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO hygiene through performance optimisation and plugin management.
- Execute content updates, blog publishing, media uploads, banners, and page duplication.
- Create and manage new pages, landing pages,



and feature rollouts, ensuring proper testing and user experience alignment.
- Act as the single point of contact for website-related requests and coordinate with developers or SEO agencies when required.
- Maintain a task tracker, define timelines, and provide regular status and performance updates to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Experience in SEO execution and WordPress website management, preferably in a B2B workplace.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, website performance optimisation, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO and performance tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
