Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Strategist with proven agency experience to independently manage multiple client accounts across diverse industries. The ideal candidate brings strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, a thorough understanding of current Google algorithm updates and the ability to lead projects end-to-end while contributing to team development.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and execute SEO strategies for 3–4 client accounts across different industry verticals
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO audits
- Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and local SEO activities tailored to each client
- Execute high-quality link-building campaigns and content optimization strategies
- Monitor, analyze and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance
- Stay current with Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies proactively
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to team members on SEO best practices
- Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports to internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency environment (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple client projects across varied industry sectors simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of current Google algorithm updates including E-E-A-T, Helpful Content and Core Updates
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable SEO strategies
- Excellent communication skills for client reporting and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and consistently meet deadlines
- A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and keeping up with industry developments
