Job Description

Good working knowledge of PHP MVC web frameworks (Codeigniter or Laravel)

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, CodeIgniter )

Good Knowledge of MVC/HMVC, UIHTML, CSS, Java Script, AJAX.

Strong Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming, MVC/HMVC design patterns.

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP & Laravel code.

Understand business requirements, help architect solutions based on them

Good Knowledge in JSON, REST API, XML, AJAX and CSS3

Development and Integration of Rest APIs.

Complete knowledge of all Development tools and frameworks web hosting.

Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.

Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Understand, plan and write code to develop assigned module/project within a given time frame.
Fix bugs and errors pointed by the client and QA team on a timely fashion.
Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serve as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. – Should have strong knowledge of databases – MySQLWe are looking for a highly motivated and passionate full stack developer who has solid experience in developing web applications.



He / She will be involved in design and development and working closely with our project manager and other team members and using new and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead all aspects of technology, through development and deployment of applications - both web and hybrid (for mobile devices).

2. Play key role to help improving and optimizing the product development process in an agile (SCRUM) development environment.

3. Proactively identify architectural weaknesses and recommend appropriate solutions.

4. Should be smart to grasp requirements quickly from clients or onsite team and guide the development team.

5. Leverage and develop APIs, plugins, and scripts as needed, to interface with internal applications, social platforms, and third-party services.

6. Should be valuable with managing a team and must have Team Management and Leadership skills.

7. Must have experience in managing a team of 5 or more employees.

8. Should lead a team as well as get involved in the coding activities, besides the team management role.

9. Defining and implementing critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with internal teams.

10. Must be able to apply innovative thinking at work.

11. Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in developing PHP web applications (5.x and above).

12. Technically savvy - exposure to recent technologies and building projects with sound architecture.

13. Team handling experience is mandatory.

14. Knowledge on OOPS preferred.

15. Proficient in a LAMP (Linux / Apache / MySql / PHP-Codeignitor) based architecture.





16. Good knowledge of CodeIgniter PHP framework .

17. Good knowledge of HTML5 / CSS and libraries like Bootstrap.

18. Good knowledge of JavaScript libraries like JQuery / Angular / React / Vue.

19. Should be a team player and bring positive influence within the team.

20. Outstanding Communication and Presentation Skills.
