About the Role

Urban Property Spaces is looking for a Senior Sourcing Executive to build and strengthen our rental inventory portfolio across prime Mumbai markets (Bandra to Colaba).

This role is critical to our growth, as the candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-quality residential and commercial rental properties directly from landlords, developers, and local networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard residential and commercial rental properties in Andheri to Colaba belt
- Generate direct listings from landlords (preferred)
- Build a robust pipeline of ready-to-rent inventory
- Develop relationships with:Property owners,Building managers




- Ensure repeat listings and long-term associations
- Conduct daily field visits across target micro-markets
- Maintain updated inventory with:Photos/videos,Rental expectations,Property details
- Work closely with the closing team to:Match properties with client requirements,Ensure quick site visit readiness
- Prioritize high-conversion inventory

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 3–5 new properties sourced per day
- 60–80 verified listings per month
- % of direct owner listings
- Conversion rate of sourced properties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 14.0 per week
