Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales of premium modular kitchens in the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should have experience in interior solutions, modular kitchens, wardrobes, or related home improvement products, with strong customer handling and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through walk-in customers, referrals, architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners.
- Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable modular kitchen solutions.
- Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the design team for layouts and proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and interior designers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Modular Kitchens, Home Interiors, Furniture, Building Materials, Tiles, Sanitaryware, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen products, materials, fittings, and design concepts will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
