We are looking for an aggressive, target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our NVOCC footprint. You will actively hit the field daily to secure container volumes (FCL/LCL) and drive ocean freight revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Volume: Secure container bookings (TEUs) from exporters, importers, and traders.
- Field Sales: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings to pitch trade lanes and onboard new B2B accounts.
- Client Relations: Manage existing accounts and partner with CHAs for repeat business.
- Quote & Close: Provide competitive freight quotes, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals.
- Coordination: Work with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

What We Look For:

- Proven sales experience in an NVOCC or Freight Forwarding setting.




- Strong existing network of active shippers, exporters, and manufacturers.
- Deep knowledge of ocean freight, trade lanes, and INCOTERMS.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a result-oriented mindset.
