- Robust understanding of proactive and reactive sales
- Ability to activate dormant and existing clients
- Generate new event opportunities through outbound efforts, networking, and market reach-outs
- Handle inbound leads efficiently and convert them into closures
- Build relationships with corporates, luxury clients and event stakeholders
- Strategically contribute towards increasing Ploomm’s visibility and positioning in the market
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution alignment
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline and client servicing standards
- Comfortable with field meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, luxury sales, media sales, or corporate partnerships would be an added advantage
