Job Description:

POSITION

Sales Manager

Reporting to

CEO

Broad Scope of Duties

- To assist the Company in generating offline business (Field Sales) and to close sales.

- To answer all queries raised by the client (Corporate).

- Getting quotes or benefit illustrations from Insurance Companies

- To be dedicated to attend/handle phone calls from Corporate Clients.

- To handle and handhold a team of Business Development Executives and Agents at our various offices/ locations.

- Ready for extensive travelling.

- Make Business reports and MIS.

Required Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with General Insurance Company,

OR

- Candidate from a Broking firm having a direct licence in General/ Health will be preferred with specialization in handling projects like Roads, Ports and Airports etc [i.e. Contractors All Risk Insurance policy]

Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate.

- Should have cleared the Brokers Qualified Person Examination.

- Two-Wheeler is required for Office work (Field Sales)

Competencies

- Excellent drafting and communication skills.

- Valuable Knowledge of Insurance Risk Management, Policy research,



Coverage Analysis and Insurance reports required for the projects.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with Insurance Companies with organized Insurance paperwork and related compliance.

- Should have good knowledge of Government regulations and procedures (Insurance services Tenders).

- Should have proficiency in MS Office and should be Tech-savvy.

- Good knowledge of English, Hindi and local language.

- Should have a pleasing personality and high energy.

Preferred Age

- Ideally up to 35 years, for deserving candidates the age limit could be relaxed.

Compensation

- Rs.45,000 to 55,000 per month and commensurate with merit and

present salary drawn. Plus Travelling & Conveyance and Incentives basis target achievement.

- Jaipur (Rajasthan) and Baner, Pune (2 separate roles)
