Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch In-Charge (Sales Manager) to oversee the complete operations, sales performance, and Profit and Loss (P&L;) of one of our branches. The ideal candidate will possess strong team management skills and the capability to drive results through their team. We welcome professionals from various industries who have a proven track record of managing people and delivering on sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Management: Take complete ownership of the branch’s operations and local sales performance.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the branch's Profit and Loss (P&L;), ensuring revenue goals and growth metrics are met.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and drive a team of 5 to 8 sales consultants/personnel.
(Candidates must have experience handling a team; individual contributors will not be considered).
- Customer Conversion: Guide and motivate the team to effectively engage, convince, and convert customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Detailed product training will be provided, so prior experience in our specific industry is not mandatory. We highly encourage candidates with leadership backgrounds from the following sectors to apply:
- Automobile Industry: Team Leaders or Assistant Managers (Sales) from automobile showrooms who have successfully led sales consultants.
- Insurance Sector: Team Managers or leaders with extensive experience managing sales teams and driving insurance product targets.
- Telecom Industry: Area Sales Executives or team leaders who have experience managing a network of on-ground personnel or merchandisers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 to₹35,000 per month
- Variables: Attractive performance-based incentives
