Job Title: Guest Relation Executive

Location: Chathamangalam, Near NIT Campus, Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 + Incentive per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Guest Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up and update patients' inquiries, calls, bookings, etc. accurately
- Provide detailed information about the hospital and the conditions (hospital rooms, facilities, rates) to guests who come to the hospital for inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about the hospital policy and regulations, treatment-related matters,



and diet-related matters to guests who are admitted.
- Convert the leads to sales - by follow-up through the telephonic conversation

Key Skills

- Positive Communication skill
- Multi Tasking
- Knowldge about using the social media
- Knowldge in Video editing/photography & videography is an advantage

Qualification

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- GRE/Hospital Administration Certification is an advantage
