Legal Counsel – Full Time Company: AAY Collective Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team full time. The role involves providing legal support across contracts, compliance, dispute resolution, and business operations. Candidates with strong legal fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and legal documents. - Prepare and respond to legal notices. - Advise management on legal matters and risk mitigation. - Ensure compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations. - Coordinate with external advocates and government authorities when required. - Maintain legal records and documentation. - Support management with legal research and policy development. Qualifications - LL.B. from a recognized university.



- Enrolled with a State Bar Council. - 1–5 years of legal experience preferred. - Strong drafting, research, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in English and Telugu. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
