Position: Accountant

Requisites:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply (Junior Accountant role).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Financial statement preparation
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice processing
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP software is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, journal, and ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process vendor payments and customer invoices.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with tax consultants.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
- Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial information to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.
