Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end design and engineering of auxiliary systems of steam turbines and generators. This includes technical leadership in system design, equipment selection, engineering deliverables, inter-discipline coordination, and support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project co ordination for Engineering and Ensuring timely delivery of Engineering documents

2.Equipment sizing, PID preparation and vendor specifications for procurement

3.Vendor offer evaluation, GA drawing approval, Ensuring Design Standards, Design calculations

4.Ensure timely deliverables of Lube oil piping and steam line piping isometric drawings,



BOM, Support drawings etc

5.Site support during Erection and commissioning and timely resolution of the site issues

6.Providing Resolution for Technical queries raised by the customer, Timely submission of Project deliverables, Project Engineering progress review and feedback.

7.Coordinate with disciplines: Process, C&I;, Electrical, Civil, Project Management, Procurement

8.Collaborate with OEMs for turbine/generator interface requirements

9.Provide technical inputs during procurement, installation, and commissioning support

Key Skills required

1. Understanding Tender requirements, Rotating and Static Equipment sizing, Heat exchangers, Line sizing calculations, Pressure drop calculations, PID preparation, Technical specification preparation, ASME Standards, Sofware skills Autocad, Open plant, Auto pipe, SAP etc
