We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive quality lead generation for our study abroad and immigration services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, branding, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate quality leads.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.




- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (education or immigration industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
