URGENT HIRING – WORK FROM HOME OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Remote, managing UAE and Kochi office operations

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager who can manage day-to-day operations, remote office coordination, construction administration support, and team follow-up as per management instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate UAE and Kochi office operations remotely
- Follow instructions from the Manager and ensure proper execution
- Coordinate with sales, operations, admin, HR, accounts, site/project teams and management
- Monitor daily tasks, pending works, reports, follow-ups and deadlines
- Support construction-related administration and documentation
- Track office activities and ensure work is completed on time
- Coordinate between remote employees and management
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities without repeated follow-up
- Maintain proper communication, reporting and accountability




- Be available when required for urgent coordination and operational matters

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in construction administration or similar field is required
- Experience in managing remote teams or branch office coordination preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle pressure and take ownership
- Strong coordination, reporting and documentation skills
- Must be disciplined, responsible and management-focused
- Should be available for full-time work-from-home employment
- Candidates with UAE/GCC construction, technical services, business setup, project coordination or office operations experience will be preferred

Salary:

INR 30,000 per month fixed
