Wodehouse Capital is looking for a Lead - Human Resource Professional for its Mumbai Office situated at Wadala - near BKC.

Job Responsibilities:

- Take full ownership for all HR related functions

- Profiling & shortlisting potential candidates post screening resumes

- Performing in-person and zoom interviews with shortlisted candidates

- Performing reference and background checks

- Managing employee induction sessions and engagement programs

- Ensuring employees are aligned with the companies policies

- Updating the Management on the interview process status & making recommendations

- Managing internal training sessions as required

- Expertise in PF/ EPFO and compliances as mandated by the Government

- Coordinating with accounts for timely salary & PF processing

- Conducting one-on-one chat sessions from time-to-time

- Manage the annual bonus & appraisal cycle

- Must have a good understanding of HR policies as per existing rules and regulations

Education / Skill set required:

- MBA / Certification course in HR from a leading institute

- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)

- At-least 5 yrs in a similar HR role
