Job Summary: We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on fulfilling client requirements, especially for white-collar roles and IT background candidates. The role also includes recruitment for government projects and requires flexibility for travel. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Understand client requirements and ensure timely hiring as per specifications. Focus on hiring white-collar professionals and IT background candidates. Manage recruitment for government sector projects and contracts. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with clients. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during hiring. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth recruitment operations. Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Pay: ₹9,369.27 - ₹20,874.94 per month
