About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, data analysis, campaign optimization, and lead generation with a strong focus on achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tracking tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Perform audience research, remarketing,



and lookalike audience creation.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
