Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repair and maintenance work in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist in electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep tasks
- Check and maintain lights, fans, AC, geysers, and other equipment
- Attend to guest complaints related to maintenance issues
- Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of hotel facilities
- Support preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain tools and report any major issues to supervisor
- Coordinate with vendors when required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of maintenance work (electrical/plumbing preferred)
- Prior experience in hotel or building maintenance is an advantage
- Ability to handle physical work and multitask
- Willingness to work shifts
Salary range: 15000 to 20000 per month
