Job title: Junior Quality Engineer

Work Location: Bhosari & Chakan

Department: Quality

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor degree (Engineering)

· Valuable computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel)

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform regular quality assessments on all stage wise in process produced components.

· Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations as per control plan.

· Maintain NC register of all stage wise parts and report the same to Incharge.

· Measure product dimensions, examine functionality,



and compare the product to the specifications.

· Monthly checking and maintenance of all gauges. Calibration of all gauges as per defined time plan.

· Recommend improvements to the internal production process to ensure quality control.

· Perform kaizens, maintain kaizen form in all processes for improving productivity and maintaining zero defect parts.

· Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

· Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
