More M’s Sociall is looking for a creative, aesthetically robust and proactive Social Media & Creative Content Intern to manage and elevate our digital presence.

We work across experiential marketing, influencer marketing, PR, brand activations and curated experiences for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

This role is ideal for someone who can take existing and on ground raw content event videos, photographs, BTS footage, creator content and brand assets and independently transform it into premium, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain More M’s Sociall’s Instagram presence
- Create Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and other social content using existing campaign/event footage
- Repurpose one event/campaign into multiple pieces of content
- Independently identify interesting content opportunities from raw clips and photographs
- Edit short-form videos and Reels
- Create premium, editorial-style graphics and layouts
- Plan the monthly/weekly content calendar and maintain consistent posting
- Write captions, hooks and social media copy
- Maintain a cohesive luxury, fashion-forward visual identity
- Turn previous campaigns and events into compelling case-study content
- Create professional post-event and campaign reports
- Design pitch decks, credentials decks, brand proposals and presentations
- Present campaign results,



creator participation, event coverage and other data in a visually strong format
- Research relevant social media/content trends and suggest new ideas

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:

- Has a strong aesthetic sense, particularly for luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle
- Can look at a folder of raw content and independently decide what can be created from it
- Is proficient in Canva
- Has good Reel/video-editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Can create polished presentations and pitch decks
- Understands Instagram content and visual storytelling
- Has good written English and copywriting skills
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Freshers and college students with strong creative portfolios are welcome

Stipend: ₹5,000/month

Location: Delhi

RemoteType: Hybrid (mostly remote)

We are specifically looking for someone who can CREATE from existing assets as well, not simply schedule and upload posts.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
