Job Summary

TopCop Alliance is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, develop engaging content, execute digital campaigns, and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing strategies, content creation, and online brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business leads.
- Manage online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media marketing activities to improve engagement and reach.
- Monitor digital trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Support lead generation activities through online marketing channels.

Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, creatives, videos, and promotional content.
- Develop social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Analyse social media performance and prepare reports.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

- Create marketing content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and create relevant content.
- Assist in designing brochures, presentations, posters, and digital creatives.
- Support recruitment campaigns and business promotion activities.

Website & Online Presence Management

- Update and maintain website content regularly.
- Improve online visibility through SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor website performance and digital marketing results.




- Maintain company profiles on online platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using digital marketing analytics tools.
- Analyse engagement, reach, leads, and conversion data.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Identify opportunities to improve online marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and online advertising.
- Good skills in content writing, copywriting, and creative communication.
- Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or brand promotion preferred.
- Experience in service industries, security, facility management, education, or corporate sectors will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong digital skills and creative ability may also apply.
