We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Bangalore properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless hotel operations, maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, driving revenue, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel/property.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, Sales, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.




- Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining service quality.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel operations experience, including at least 2 years in an Operations Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Valuable understanding of hotel PMS and operational systems.
- Ability to lead multiple departments and work in a fast-paced environment.
