As a Social Media Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for discovering trends before everyone else, developing engaging content ideas, writing compelling copy, and transforming brand messages into scroll-stopping posts and reels.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Research & Trend Scouting

- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube trends.
- Research viral reels, memes, hooks and content formats across industries.
- Maintain a repository of trending concepts and creative inspirations.
- Study competitors and identify content opportunities.

Content Strategy & Conceptualization

- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Brainstorm original campaign ideas for brands across different industries.
- Create engaging concepts for:
- Static Posts
- Carousel Posts
- Reels
- Stories
- LinkedIn Posts
- Seasonal Campaigns
- Brand Activations

Copywriting

- Write compelling captions that encourage engagement.




- Create powerful hooks that stop users from scrolling.
- Develop scripts for short-form videos and reels.
- Write CTAs that drive action.
- Adapt copy to suit different brand personalities and target audiences.

Storytelling

- Convert product features into compelling stories.
- Build narratives that educate, entertain or inspire.
- Develop content series instead of one-off posts.
- Ensure every piece of content aligns with the brand voice.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with designers and video editors.
- Prepare creative briefs for every content piece.
- Guide visual storytelling and ensure execution matches the concept.
- Participate in content shoots when required.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent command over English writing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn ecosystems.
- Exceptional storytelling skills.
- Ability to think creatively and generate fresh ideas consistently.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and internet culture.
- Strong research and observation skills.
- Understanding of consumer psychology and audience behaviour.
- Ability to write for different industries and brand tones.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
