We are looking for a qualified Legal Executive (LLB) with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents and agreements for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and finalize agreements, MoUs, contracts, and legal documents.

- Stay updated and knowledgeable about all relevant legal acts, regulations, and policy changes.

- Ensure all agreements comply with statutory laws and company policies.

- Provide legal support to different departments as required.

- Handle legal correspondence and maintain documentation.

- Coordinate with external legal consultants, if needed.





- Assist in dispute resolution and basic legal compliance tasks.

- Ensure timely updating and maintenance of legal records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- LLB degree from a recognized university.

- experience in drafting and reviewing agreements.

- Robust understanding of contract law, corporate legal documentation, and compliance.

- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
