Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and own end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve rankings across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of both SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), including understanding of current AI and LLM-driven search algorithms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page, technical, and off-page SEO elements to enhance website visibility and performance.
- Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and CRM teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across projects.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects,



including planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Stay updated with search engine updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices, proactively recommending new strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or digital-first setting.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving AI-driven search behavior.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other keyword research tools.
- Solid knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO practices.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
- Bonus: Basic understanding of PPC and paid advertising platforms is a plus.
