About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience who have a strong portfolio and are eager to create user-centric web and mobile applications using modern design practices and AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Understand user requirements and translate them into seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems and UI components in Figma.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color, spacing, and overall visual language.
- Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems).




- Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for designing user-friendly products.

Preferred Skills

Experience with or exposure to the following tools is a plus:

- Figma AI
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Midjourney
- Ideogram
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects (Basic)
- Framer or Webflow (Preferred)

AI-First Design Skills (Preferred)

Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to:

- Generate design concepts and UI variations.
- Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets.
- Generate UX content and microcopy.
- Speed up research, ideation, and design iterations.
- Build polished, production-ready interfaces more efficiently.
